Wood Art Studio 

The Wood Art Studio is housed within the barn, and is where all the 'messy' stuff happens. All the practice, the start, the experimenation and the finishing is done in here . The laughs, the jokes, the stories and the tears also happen here!

Wood Art or Creations are mainly made from wood sourced from Jelleyman's Forest. It is dried and treated and then cut and sanded into various shapes. We then decide what we are going to do with it. I will say though, we made pallet wood Xmas trees last year. Only intended making one for a local Government building by request, but it sort of excalated when it was out there!

I make a lot of fantasy type incense or tea light burners, usually with a bit of a twist and maybe a character or two. All are different as not all wood is the same shape. That's why every one is unique. In fact everything is unique because it is not mass produced, it is made with love and care!

 

​Lots of other items are crafted from wood, some small, some larger. Some have gems, some have resin pools, but all are interesting and have that 'nature' feel good factor.
